    Returns or Exchanges - Returned items will be assessed a twenty percent restocking fee, so please take your measurements accurately. Exchanged items will not be assessed the restocking fee if fully used toward the purchase of another item. An item received as an exchange may not be exchanged itself. Any item to be returned to us must be postmarked within ten days from our original postmark and we must receive an email with your intention within five days of our original post mark. Returns and exchanges must be insured. Sorry, shipping cannot be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any return/exchange transaction which does not conform to the above requirements. This return/exchange policy applies only to our web site. Our shop has a strict policy of no returns or exchanges.

    Credit Cards - We accept Master Card and Visa only.

    Check and Money Order Purchases - We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders for all purchases. Please confirm item availability via email prior to sending payment (note item number). When paying by personal check we will delay shipping for two weeks to insure check has cleared both banks.

    Shipping - Shipping will be via UPS & will be based on weight.

    Garment Condition - Item description will detail any flaws. Condition is rated using the following parameters; Excellent: No flaws. Good: Minor flaws, unnoticeable. Fair: Noticeable flaws but still wearable. Poor: Obvious flaws, great for the creative person, Halloween etc.
